            The Committee on Political Subdivisions moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

            H. B. 2099–A BILL to amend and reenact §11-8-9 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to time extensions when local levying bodies with good cause are unable to meet within the times required by law; requiring the State Auditor to propose legislative rules regarding extension applications; and authorizing the State Auditor to grant extensions in appropriate circumstances.
